New Construction is ahead of last years numbers, June - September

It appears that New Home Sales are running ahead of last year (as reported by GCAR).  There were 307 contracts written between 6/1/09 and 9/30/09, compared to 269 written in the same time period in 2008.  An increase of over 12%.  Lets hope this trend continues.
