Walk Into Good Health

Walking is one of the best ways to get and stay healthy! All it takes is you and a good pair of shoes. Hit the pavement or the treadmill and you are off to a good start to burn calories and give yourself an easy cardio exercise. Choose the right shoes, new walking shoes help your feet and your attitude. Most importantly make sure your shoe fits properly, visit your local sporting goods store, they will help with the right style and fit. Choose a comfortable lightweight pair with shock absorbers in the heel and in the ball of the shoe.  They should be flexible at the front widest part of the shoe. They should be contoured and soft at  the back of the shoe helping your foot roll forward. Every 3-6 months you should buy new shoes.  So now you are ready to step out into a new healthy direction.
