I feel that a real estate transaction, especially for first time buyers should be a fun one.  I reduce the stress of the process and guide you along the way.

Attention to Detail:  I am organized.  I communicate all of the essential information to clients throughout the process, and am attentive to all of their individual needs. 

Interest in houses and Architecture:  Given my degree in Architectural Engineering Technology and my background in construction management prior to becoming a licensed real estate Salesperson, I am a great asset to home buyers to help see a property’s full potential, or spot items to check out more closely by the home inspector.  As a home-owner, Do-It-Yourselfer, and future investor, I am a great resource for real estate investors or for those locating properties requiring the right amount of TLC.

Work Ethic:  To be successful, you must possess the self-motivation, drive, and passion.  I work hard to aggressively market my Clients properties.  I am available to my Clients week days and evenings, and weekends.

Understanding of the Local Market:  With access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), an extensive list of real estate agents and brokers, potential buyers and sellers, and other professionals such as appraisers, home inspectors, and mortgage loan officers required for every real estate transaction, I have a vast network to best assist my clients.
