Born and raised on Long Island, Brian Ward moved to the Capital District in 1973. He was part of the last graduating class of Cardinal McCloskey High School, which is now known as Bishop Maginn. Both of his children also attended this school.
Brian attended Russell Sage College four nights a week, working toward a degree in Business Administration, while working for the New York State Office of General Services during the day. While attending Russell Sage, Brian took two real estate classes as electives, and discovered his passion for real estate. In 1985 Brian received his real estate license. Shortly thereafter he took a leave of absence at his job with New York State, and in 1986 he started his real estate business. 25 years later Brian Ward is still helping buyers to find homes, and owners to sell them! Residential, commercial or investment property, Brian will always take the time to help his clients find the best fit. Brian considers himself lucky to have had clients return to do business with him time and time again, even trusting Brian to help their children find their first homes.
Family is very important to Brian, so helping people find their perfect property is very important to him. He has been married to his wonderful wife, Debbie for almost 25 years, and they have raised two beautiful children together, daughter Caitlin and son Kyle.
