April 1st marks opening day of Trout season here in the Adirondack Region. After getting my latest clients a great deal on their first home in Rotterdam, NY, I felt obligated to take a break from real estate and head into the woods. I headed to Fish Creek, Mill Creek and the Hudson in search of Brown and Rainbow trout.
And the results: Let’s put it this way, I'm better at real estate than I am at trout fishing! Now before some great Adirondack Fly Fishing footage I need to add a little business to the blog!
A bit of Real Estate: The market is up; houses are flying off the market. Why? Well it's spring, and interest rates are SUPER LOW. There are many special programs going on right now to help you get into your new home. Another reason the market is good in our area is because of the tech industry. Global Foundries employees are flooding in and settling down, welcome!!
If you're interested in getting listings that meet your exact criteria, emailed you the moment the come on the market, shoot me an email, text, call, or come by the house and we'll talk over a homebrew!
If you're interested in listing your home for sale, I'll be glad to go over a listing presentation with you! I'll prove to you why it's in your best interest to list with me, Chris Iwinski, with the #1 Real Estate Company in New York; Coldwell Banker Prime Properties.
Below I've posted a video of the guys from www.flyfishtheadirondacks.com.
They know what they're doing, if you're interested in a guided trip, they're who you want.
