Professional Background

 I  have 26 years experience helping 100's of Buyers and Sellers fulfill their dreams of home ownership.  Prior to entering the real estate profession I ran my own business. Just prior to becoming a real estate agent was an administrative assistant for a large real estate company.

Attended Russell Sage Junior College of Albany for accounting and Hudson Valley Community College for marketing.

I obtained my GRI(Graduate of Real Estate Institute), as well as, my Associate Brokers license.

Have taken appraisal courses, risk reduction classes and numerous other Real Estate courses.

Continuous participation in various Real Estate courses to keep myself updated with changes in the industry.

Professional Interests

My involvement with the Greater Capital Associations Education Committee helps to keep me up with current classes and opportunities, which I periodically take advantage of.  No matter how many years a realtor has been helping clients buy and sell homes, it is important to attend continuing education classes.  Participation with the Board of Realtors is also important to give back to the organization that an agent belongs  too.



Buying and selling a home is a major investment and clients should have the best possible representation, therefore, I specialize in Buyer Agency and Listing and marketing of Sellers homes. I Will go the extra mile placing my customers and clients needs above all else.

I work with first-time home buyers, move up buyers, I also specialize in the listing and selling of homes in the upper tier, as well as, investment properties.

Community Involvement

October 15th, walked for ALS(Lou Gehrigs Disease) to raise awareness, it was a great success.  Why not join us next October. 

Over the years I have and do participate in fund raisers for the Make A Wish Foundation, Camp Good Days and Special Times, Circle of Champs, Big Brothers-Big Sisters. Also, participate with ALS(in honor of my brother Ron), Breast Cancer, Heart Disease, Community Hospice walks.

 I have been on the Education committee for the Greater Capital Association of Realtors for the last approximately 20 years, as well as, our Education & Trade Show of which every year we conduct a fund raiser, donating to vaious organizations such as Unity House, Lou Gehrigs Disease, Caring Together(to raise awareness of Ovarian cancer).  

Every year I donate to the Homeless Shelters and give cloths to Battered Women, as well as, Dress for Success programs.




Personal Background

I grew up in the Capital Region in the Albany area and come from a family of 6, being the youngest of all.  I believe in the unity of family and taking care of those I love.  I have a total of 77 nieces and nephews, great as well as great great, they live in all different parts of the states.  I have helped many of them buy and sell homes. 

 I raised a son and a daughter(a good portion of their lives as a single Mom) and now have 3 grandsons and 2 granddaughters, some of whom live locally.  My grandchildren are extremely important to me as are my children and I am very proud of them.

I have in recent years lived in other areas of the states and feel that I can appreciate the wants and needs of families relocating.  Also, how difficult it is for them to be making a move to a different area, meeting new people and making new friends.

In my own personal time, I enjoy social activities, also, going to museums, art shows, dancing (keeping active and in good physical condition), on those cold blustery days snuggling up with a good book.

Personal Interests

As previously mentioned, I love to dance, workout, read motivational books as well fiction and non fiction.  I enjoy art shows and museums.  In my spare time I truly enjoy spending time with my family watching movies and playing games.

I enjoy meeting new people.  Keep myself involved in what ever I can to help others, giving back to my community.
