My career in real estate began after buying a new home and my youngest son started first grade. I worked as the part-time receptionist for the real estate company and had just purchased my 3rd home. Soon after that, I began assisting the new home site coordinator as a greeter on Sundays. It was at that time that I knew that real estate was the career for me. That was almost 16 years ago. Over my career I have been a buyer's agent, seller's agent, as well as a new home site coordinator and have closed over $91 million in closed sales.
Why do I sell real estate.......I enjoy working in to find the house that best fits the buyers wants and needs as well as their budget. And, I also enjoy working with seller's to market their home to get the top dollar. Matthew Rousseau, CSP, Licensed Real Estate Agent

Matt is the R in the V & R Group. He has many years of experience in real estate and has been a member of the local builder's association for 30 years. His tenure has included 10 years on the Board of directors and in 2011 was the President of CRBRA. The experience started in lumber yards as a young man where he was promoted to General Manager. In 1994, he started a vinyl window manufacturing firm, Adirondack Manufacturing. After he sold the company, Matt worked for an area builder as a site foreman and finished his tenure as Vice Pressident for that company. Matt began working with Coldwell Banker in 2007 as a licensed sales person and was promoted to Director of New Construction Sales in 2008. He currently spends a majority of his time working with buyers, sellers, and builders for the V & R Group. Jason's background entails over nine years in the building industry at Wickes Lumber, followed by four years as a Project Manager at Rosewood Home Builders during the peek of the building boom.
