Thank you for visiting my personal website.  I am a dedicated real estate professional.  My goal is to provide specialized real real estate services to all my clients.  Whether you want to buy, sell, or build, I can guide you through the process. 

How it all began.......My career in real estate began after buying a new home and my youngest son started first grade.  I worked as the part-time receptionist for the real estate company and builder that had sold my existing home and built my new home. Soon after that, I began assisting the new home site coordinator as a greeter on Sundays.  It was at that time that I knew that real estate was the career for me. That was over 12 years ago.  Over my career I have been a buyer's agent, seller's agent, as well as a new home site coordinator.

Why do I sell real estate.......I enjoy working in to find the house that best fits the wants and needs, and fits your budget.  And, I also enjoy working with seller's to market their home to get the top dollar.  If you want to build a home, I have been working with builders and customizing plans for most of my career and have the knowledge and experience you need and deserve.   Whatever your real estate needs, you can trust in my personal service and dedication to accomplish the job.

Jason is a life-long native of the Capital District region.  Raised in Colonie and Scotia, Jason was educated both in the North Colonie and Scotia-Glenville school district. 

His background entails over nine years in the building industry at Wickes Lumber, followed by four years as a Project Manager at Rosewood Home Builders during the peek of the building boom.  During this time, Rosewood built over 100 new homes.  The experience and interaction with the client gave Jason a great sense of satisfaction when handing over the keys to the new homeowner.  These experiences give Jason "real world knowledge" about building and buying a home. 

Jason has strong work ethics, is detail oriented and has a very “hands-on” approach.  He brings to the table a high level of professionalism, honesty and desire to assist you in your pursuit to find the home of your dreams.  Let Jason help you find a house for you to make YOUR HOME.

Jason and his is wife, along with their 2 children, enjoy the outdoors and country living.   He enjoys sports, especially football ,and will bring with him the energy and tenacity that he showed during his active football playing years.   He was named “All Area” second team in his senior year high school where he also served as co-captain.
