My career in real estate began after buying a new home and my youngest son started first grade. I worked as the part-time receptionist for the real estate company and builder that had sold my existing home and built my new home. Soon after that, I began assisting the new home site coordinator as a greeter on Sundays. It was at that time that I knew that real estate was the career for me. That was over 14 years ago. Over my career I have been a buyer's agent, seller's agent, as well as a new home site coordinator.
Why do I sell real estate.......I enjoy working in to find the house that best fits the wants and needs, and fits your budget. And, I also enjoy working with seller's to market their home to get the top dollar. His background entails over nine years in the building industry at Wickes Lumber, followed by four years as a Project Manager at Rosewood Home Builders during the peek of the building boom.
