Multigenerational living

Many things have changed in the last few years and one of them is how people are looking at buying a home.  Suppose you're buying a house and you have an elderly parent or an adult child who'd like to live in the home with you.  More people are finding that buying a home together as a family is a smart thing to do.  In a recent study by the National Association of Realtors, they found that 14% of buyers are looking at doing just that.
