Too good not to share

If you've got WD-40 around the house, here are useful tips for you.

You can use WD-40 to remove tea stains on your countertops.

If you have hard water and you find that you have stains in your toilet bowl, try WD-40.  You'll love the results

Use WD-40 to winterproof your boots and shoes.  It's cheaper than buying the products sold for that and works just as well.

If your license plates have taken a beating from winter storms, polish them up with WD-40 and they'll shine.

Do you have a wasp problem?  Put some WD-40 in the areas where they like to build nests and it will prevent them from doing that.

If you've ever accidentally walked in dog poop, you know how aggravating that is.  Try using WD-40 on the affected area and an old toothbrush.  It works like a charm.

If you want to keep the wooden handles on some of your tools from splintering, apply some WD-40 into the wood. It will shield the wood from moisture and other corrosive elements and keep it smooth and slinter-free for the life of the tool.

If you have stains on your carpet, try spraying the stain with WD-40, wait a couple of minutes, and then use your regular carpet cleaner or simply cleanse with a sponge and warm, soapy water.  Continue till the stain is completely gone.

When cleaning your refrigerator, try soap, warm water and WD-40.  It's all you need.

If you have oil spots in your driveway, spray the affected area, leave for a few minutes and rinse.
