Can you picture your dream house? Does it have a huge backyard? Lots of land? Do you prefer to be in a neighborhood? Is it importatnt to be in a good school system? Do you need public transportation or daycare facilities? Do you want to be close to water? Do you want to be close to shopping, recreational areas, arts, etc.. These are just a few questions you should consider before you begin your search. The more you know about what you are looking for, the easier it will be for me to help you find your home!
As a lifetime resident of the Capital District it is easy for me to work with individuals to show them all that our region has to offer. While working in banking I traveled throughout the Capital District working in all of our branches and became familiar with the greater area of Albany, Schenectady, Troy and Saratoga. Using the tools I have gained in banking and real estate courses I am able to help first time home buyers as well as seasoned home owners with their purchase from start to finish.
As part of my responsibilities in my banking career, I sat on many committees in the local communities. I was a sales promotional officer and involved in community events in the areas of fund raising, event marketing, the arts and event planning. One of my achievements was bringing the MAAC Tournament to the arena in Albany.
I am dedicated to my job no matter what my profession and I strive to perform beyond my clients expectations.

I enjoy participating in Toys for Tots each year by contributing toys as well as promoting the program with family, friends and clients. The Ronald McDonald house does a wonderful thing for the families of sick children and it's rewarding to participate in any way to assist their program. Shopping for Chamber Angels at Christmas is another cause that I enjoy. I love to give and I love to shop so the combination is a natural win for me. Support of the local food bank and giving to charities that have a personal meaning to me are also rewarding.
First time homebuyers: I will help from start to finish. I thoroughly explain the process and help buyers understand the current market. I will help them determine location and provide assistance and referrals for any of their needs.
Professionals: I have worked with all levels of professionals and their families. I schedule around their calendar and do what's necessary to get the job done.
Relocation: I am on our company's relocation team and understand the stress these moves put on families. I manage the process and give the best possible service to keep them informed and strive to keep the transaction on track.
New Construction: Help buyers understand what is involved in the new home building process. I will be as involved with this process as necessary and will attend buyer/builder meetings throughout the building timeframe.
I love dogs.....walking, reading, movies, good food and wine. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. My newest interest is being a grandmother and being active in their lives.
The Capital District has so much to offer and it's great to take advantage of many events throughout the year including the arts, charity, entertainment and sporting events.
