Home Inspection is essential part of buying a new home.....why?

Buying a home is one of the most important and one of the biggest investments you will make in your life.  Think about how much time is spent in your home.....

So....the more you know up front about it, the fewer surprises you'll have down the road.  That's where the home inspection comes in.....

You will meet at the home with your inspector and he/she will help you gain knowledge about the home you want to purchase and at the same time they will help you understand  the home and point out any potential issues.  They will answer your questions about maintenance and give you repair tips.

The inspection should cover the structure, roof, attic, foundation, gutters, insulation, water heater, electrical system, plumbing and fixures, heating and cooling systems, basement and/or crawl space, interior and exterior walls, porches and decks.  Each home is individual so there may be more areas covered as well......
