Greetings from the beautiful Saratoga, Lake George, Adirondack region of New York State!

I am an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, enjoying this area as home for over 20 years, since first discovering it as a vacation destination in 1974. This region has  a strong real estate market, due in part to the great property values that have resisted the boom and bust cycles of 'bubble' markets. Prices here have not spiralled up requiring significant downward 'adjustments', rather, we enjoy a fairly steady, consistent real estate market.

My extensive knowledge of the geographic area coupled with many years of real estate sales and mortgage finance experience suit me well to assist buyers and sellers with their real estate needs and wants.
