What Can I Do For You?

Did you ever wonder what makes one real estate agent different from another?

If you are buying or selling real estate, you should ask yourself that question.  The answer could save you Thousands of $$$'s.

Pick an agent that has experience in the area that you live in or want to buy in.      27 years of full-time experience has allowed me to sell over 1000 homes in the Northern Suburbs of Central New York (Baldwinsville, Liverpool, Clay, Cicero, Phoenix, Salina, Lysander, Van Buren).  That is a "whole lot of experience" in how to negotiate offers and market homes for sale.

It has been recommended that I list all the awards that I have won over the years but the list would be so long you might become bored and I would rather you read about how I will market your home to get it SOLD.

It has also been recommended that I let you know my personal background and personal interests. I would love to share all that with you,  but I have worked so hard to be successful in real estate, I let my personal interests be put on the back burner.  Kayaking & computers are my passions and any additional spare time I have is given to an animal shelter, where I walk dogs & show them at Petsmart & Animal Fairs.  Helping our 4 legged friends find a NEW HOMES is as important to me as helping people buy or sell homes.
