I'm Gretchen Loomis, Broker Associate for Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, Sylvan Beach office, located in the Oneida Lake area, Resort Village of Sylvan Beach, NY. I have been in the Real Estate Business for the past 19 years, specializing in Oneida Lakefront properties and surrounding areas, and have handled over 100 transactions per year for 13 consecutive years.
I grew up in the resort area of Sylvan Beach with my wonderful parents, Bill and Sandy Stoffle. I am married and have 2 daughters who are my inspiration in life. I reside on the North Shore of beautiful Oneida Lake. I enjoy boating, swimming, pike fishing, Texas holdem, golfing, skiing and family gatherings.

I have been the top 10 in my company for the past 19 years. For the past 17 consecutive years, I have received the Platinum Award (highest) from the Greater Syracuse Association Board of Realtors. I am also a lifetime member of the Founders Club.Coldwell Banker top 3% in New York State as well.
