Professional Interests

As a full-time professional Reator I spend a great deal of time previewing property and watching the market trends. Knowing the current inventory is extremely useful to help homeowners price their property for sale and advise home buyers when they are preparing a purchase offer. But it is not always work. When travelling throughout the states I enjoy going to open houses and previewing new construction just to see how other areas compare to Central New York.
