Personal Background

Aside from owning a popular Tug Hill Restaurant, my true passion has always been in Real Estate & Architecture. It was during High School when I became interested in Houses and their designs. I was always signing up for architecture classes. It was exciting for me to design my own house and then have to build a scale model of it. It was in my senior year when I took a class on Real Estate economics sponsored by Century 21 when I realized selling houses might be better for me than designing them.

After High School I studied Business and Advertising at Erie Community College, worked, and trained in the Martial Arts reaching a Black Belt level. Eventually my wife and I owned and operated Hannons Buffalo Karate School. I eventually sold the Business and moved to CNY to buy The Hayloft Pub. With the Restaurant came 210 acres! This opportunity turned into my largest Real estate deal, a development. Working with a local developer my idea turned into 23 lots, now known as the Hayloft Meadow subdivision.

Community Involvement

I am very fortunate to have in life what I have. I do my best to support the local community utilizing my restaurant. The Hayloft Pub has generated thousands of donations all going toward charities and volunteer organizations (notably that support cancer survivors through the Pink Ribbon Riders). We also support and welcome all the area recreational clubs for the Sportsman, Fisherman, Skiers, ATVer's, and of course Snowmobilers. As a family we are involved with our girls activities of Soccer and Softball.
