My husband and I were both extremely active with Boy Scouting. I was a den leader and on the committee and he was an Assistant Leader. Both of our sons received their Eagle rank.
I mentored a child for an AWANA program for a year. It was a rewarding experience to have the opportunity to be a positive influence in her life.
I have a lot of hobbies and interests. Horses have always been a part of my life and I have been riding since I was three.
Acitivities have ncluded directing a children's choir at my church (Northside Baptist), playing with my dog, walking, and knitting and crocheting for charities.
I have occasionally played the keyboard for the Worship Team during services at church.
We both love to visit Maine, and have gone on some beautiful hikes and sea kayaked off Mt. Desert Island.
Helping people get the best price possible when selling their home is of great importnace to me.
I also enjoy helping people purchase their first house. I am very familiar with farm and country properties as well as properties located in the suburbs.
Assisting people when they need to relocate to another area of the country or to a new neighborhood in the area is another service that I am able to offer

"We are writing this email to rave about what a wonderful job you did helping us find our very first home! We started out with a different realtor and after about a month of working with her, we realized we just weren't fitting together. So we asked around to our family and friends. My Aunt Linda & Uncle Joe spoke quite highly of you so we decided to check things out with you. It was the best decision we made on this journey! You did a superb job; better than what our expectations were.
You got right down to business because on the first day you took us to see 5 or 6 houses! We remember you saying to us "give me a month to find you home." That night I went home and said to Ted " we are never going to find our home in a month." But almost to the day, a month later, we were putting an offer on the house we are living in now. We liked how you had been raise din the business working with your dad. And that you have been in this business for about 25 yeas or so. Your expertise is top notch. We learned so much from you in regards to the little things to look for in a house that could trip us up, to how the process of buying a house works up through the closing. You guided us through a new and, at times, frustrating journey. You made suggestions but you never forced anything on us. You gave the ideas to us to mull over and then let us take our time to think about it. We liked how you took us to our closing, gave us the keys to our new house and then took pics of us with our keys. So much fun! Thank you also for the fantastic home repair book you gave us as a gift at our closing. Fantastic! It is already being put to use.
We really felt like you were looking out for us during the whole experience. We appreciate everything you did that Sunday when you went over to the (sellers) to put our offer on the house. Here you were spending the day with your in-laws but you were also working on our offer on the house. We felt we were taking you away from your family but you said to us "this is my job." It was such a stressful day for us but you helped us through it and in the end we got the house we really wanted for a price we could afford and not a penny more!
We will always remember you and all the hard work you did for us in helping us get our beautiful home. We will be recommending you to anyone who we hear says they either want to buy or sell a home. Like we have said before, you are top notch in this field and on top of that you are a great person!! If any of your future clients want to talk with someone who as worked with you in the past, please feel free to have them contact us. They will be in good hands working with you and they will find their dream home. Thanks again for everything." Jen & Ted Hanousek

"Thank you for being such a supportive and diligent realtor. When someone asked me who in real estate had integrity, I immediately suggested you!" - Doug & Marti
"Patty understood our specific needs, was knowledgeable and well informed and went out of her way to help us. Patty was always easy to reach and worked very hard for us. Patty always checked up on the people who visited our house.. She was as concerned as we were to learn their reactions to our house. We would recommend Patty to anyone and would definitely use her again in the future." - James & Kathryn
