2012 was a very good year to own real estate in the Capital Region.
Closed sales were up 13.8 percent from 2011, appreciation was up overall 3.5 percent, list to sale moved forward to 96 percent (from 95.4 percent in 2011) and days on market remained unchanged at 107 days.
There's a lot for which to be thankful.....Pendings were up 4% from last year and there's appreciation all around.
