You must take the bread dough out of the freezer that day before you make it. Although it is easy, you can't start it at the last minute. (Trust me on how I know this.)
2 loaves of frozen bread dough
Shredded Cheese--Mozzerella or anything else you like
Take bread dough out of the freezer the day before you want to make the pepperoni bread. About 1-2 hours before making, bring to room temperature. Roll out the dough to form a rectangle. (If it has come to room temperature, you can do this with your hands by gently pushing it in place.) Layer the pepperoni down the middle. Top with Cheese. Repeat. Starting from one end, pinch the dough together until the entire loaf is sealed. Turn over and place on a cookie sheet. Spray with Pam or olive oil and sprinkle oregeno if desired. Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes--maybe more or less depending on your oven. When browned, take out and let cool. Slice and eat!
