Spring wakes up in the Capital Region

Spring is in the air... after a long cold, snowy winter, we are finally seeing, buds, flowers and the rebirth of the real estate market as well. Sellers are beginning to see the fruits of their patience, buyers are seeing a greater variety in their given price point and most importantly, everyone is seeing activity. The real estate market is waking up after a long winter's hibernation. If you are thinking of selling, now's the time to get your house on the market. If you're thinking of buying, the market has never been better for you to make the leap into the real estate pool.

Along with Spring comes the reawakening of the greater Capital Region in terms of the arts. Concerts are getting ready to begin again with Alive at 5 down by the river, SPAC will be up and running again soon, Park Playhouse and Mac Haydn  Theatre will be dusting off their spotlights and lighting up their stages soon.

This is the time of year when the area is coming alive and people are once again smiling, going outside walking though the Crossings in Colonie and playing down in Washington Park.

Whatever you're looking to do... now's the time to get out now and do it!
