What these statistics mean is that the Internet is their personal technological playground. They do not find information utilizing mainstream press such as newspapers, magazines, radio or television. Home buyers in the target demographic are downloading apps to their Smartphone, are avid podcasters, they “tweet”, text and seek reinforcement on a prospective purchase from their peer group on multiple social media outlets.
