Welcome to my Website
My name is Charles T. Nightingale, but please call me Tom. Take your time looking around this ever changing site and feel free to contact me if you have any questions or needs.
Just a little bit about me. I grew up in Latham, going to Latham Ridge Elementary and then on to Shaker. Most of my family still lives in the Capital District and I have a very strong connection to the area. I attended SUNY Albany right after high school, where I achieved my bachelors degree in Political Science. After purchasing my first multi-family property in Albany, I decided to go back to school to work towards my associate degree in Electrical Construction and Maintenance from Hudson Valley Community College. I graduated in 2012 with a greater knowledge on the inner workings of how a house is supposed to be built and maintained which was a real eye opener. My decision to enter real estate was to help others navigate the many issues that can come up when purchasing a home. I firmly believe that owning a home, more specifically multi-family units, is one of the only ways that most people can build wealth and create a better life for themselves and their family.
So why choose me over the other agents? All I can tell you is that I am honest and trustworthy. I educate my clients so that they understand the buying and selling process. This allows them to feel comfortable with every step we take toward their goal of buying or selling their home. I also have multiple attorneys, mortgage brokers, and home inspectors that I know and trust. This team allows the deal to move forward smoothly and without any added stress. Selling a home is not hard, but there is a right and a wrong way to go about it. If you or anyone you know is looking to buy or sell, just give me a call and I would love to sit down and discuss your options.

I try to organize fundraisers as often as possible. The following are just a few examples of these efforts over the past few months.
- Helped raise $600 with the help of friends and co-workers to send that many pounds of peanutbutter to a local Feeding America Food Bank.
- Being involved with the Boy Scouts
- Income Properties
- This site will offer a higher level of discourse on topics you didn't even know were being discussed. It's like sitting in on a lecture that you aren't tested on and actually are interested in hearing.
