Making an Offer on a home

Your purchase offer is a written proposal,  designed to cover all aspects of the

agreement to purchase.

Once accepted,  it becomes a binding contract.

The offer details the propert's address,   sale price,  closing date (the date that makes

it officially yours), as well as many other 'terms' that are important to you.

It must include provisions for any required or requested inspections and clearly

state all financial obligations regarding the mortgage, the deposit and the taxes.

Call Me .... My job is to know the changing laws and requirements,  I can help.
