Our first snow is here. It doesn't seem so bad and it's actually warmer than it was yesterday. People are still looking at houses so if you're ready to go out and buy a house, here are some tips for you.
- Look for adequate storage space in the house you're going to buy. Some indications that there's not enough storage might be jacket trees, hooks for coats, baskets of rolled towels, open shelving.
- Your first impression is the outside of the house. If it looks unkempt, the interior may have also been neglected.
- Make sure you get the disclosure for a house you want. This has a list of problems that the seller has to disclose to you.
Enjoy your weekend!!
