Welcome to my Website

I began my real estate career in 2007 and have enjoyed the many lives that I've been able to touch through my knowledge and commitment to helping buyers and sellers reach their goals.  Being a homeowner myself gives me a true appreciation for what goes into home ownership and the many responsibilities that are associated with it.  I'm happy to assist with everything from pre-approval for your home loan, the home inspection, to a complete market analysis of your neighborhood when you plan to sell.  I'm right there through the entire process.  I'm looking forward to getting to know you and how I may be of service.  That's the real treasure that comes with my job as a real estate agent... meeting wonderful people like YOU!

Home Buying Process

Meet with Jean to

of Buyer Agency
Jean will assist you
with obtaining mortgage

Working with Jean to
determine house search

listings for your review
& help fine-tune your search
Visit properties
with Jean
Work with Jean to
write purchase offer
(earnest deposit $ due)
Jean presents your
offer & assists
in negotiations
Your offer is accepted
and contract is
signed by all parties
Jean sends copy
of contract to attorneys
Attorneys review & approve
purchase offer (binding the
contract) (approval period is 3 business
days to accept contract)
Jean will help you set up home
inspection / radon test (optional but
recommended) (must be completed
within 7 days of contract being signed)
Jean assists with negotiating
any home inspection
issues (removal of contingencies
form is signed)
Jean sends copy of
removal of contingencies
to attorneys
You make formal bank
application for your mortgage.
(within 10 days of contract
being signed)
Appraisal is scheduled
by the bank
Commitment letter is
issued by the bank
(within 30 days of

Attorneys  review and
update closing
(title, survey, abstract, etc)

insurance binder
