The Clifton Park office of Coldwell Banker Prime Properties is proud to be involved with the following organizations in our never ending effort to help our neighbors throughout the year:
TOYS FOR TOTS - It is never too soon to start donating toys for this great organization. In 2010 our company alone collected more than 6,000 toys, which were distributed by United States Marine Corp, to children who really needed a toy during the holidays. We will need more toys this year (2011) than ever before due to the recent floods. If you would like to donate a toy, please drop it off at our office located at 1754 Route 9 in Clifton Park or please call me and I would be happy to pick up your donation!
RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE - Each quarter agents from our Clifton Park office volunteer to host a dinner for the familieis visiting the Ronald McDonald House which is associated with Albany Med. We are pleased to prepare a spectacular dinner for the families so they can focus on the needs of their children who are hospitalized. If you would like to make a donation towards the cost of the groceries for this meal or if you would like to join us please visit our office in Clifton Park for more information.
FOOD PANTRY - Our Coldwell Banker clients have always been very generous in donating their non-perishable food items from their pantry when moving to or from their new home. Coldwell Banker Prime Properties provides our clients with shopping bags to be filled with their pantry items. We pick up the items from the home so it is one less box for you to move! These items are donated to the Albany Food Pantry for distribution throughout the Capital District. If you are interested in dropping off food pantry items to help our neighbors please visit any of our Coldwell Banker Prime Properties offices throughout the Capital Region.
HABITAT FOR HUMANITY - Coldwell Banker Prime Properties has always been involved with helping to build a habitat home or raising money to build a new home. We are currently holding a fund raiser for two Habitat Homes which need to be finished before the snow starts to fall. Our goal is to raise $12,500 and our partners at SEFCU will be matching that goal. A fundraising party was held this past weekend that raised over $3,300 towards our goal. Again, if you are interested in helping to build a home or making a donation please visit one of our offices throughout the Capital Region for more information.
Peace, Love and Helping your Neighbors! THANK YOU!
