My family has called Syracuse home for generations. My wife was raised in a home in Baldwinsville. We call the shores of Oneida Lake home. My wife and I have spent over a decade lovingly restoring and renovating our cottage. This is our home as no place else on earth could be.
As a long-time resident, I have an intimate connection to the area; which gives me a unique perspective and a detailed knowledge of Syracuse and it's environs.

Throughout my business career I have always strived to live by this phrase, serving the needs of my clients. This one phrase covers several qualities that I have worked to live by for all of my life; Honesty, Integrity and Fairness. Always being respectful and direct with my clients when speaking with them, never sugar coating the truth as how things stand in a transaction. As a Certified Relocations Expert and member of Pinnacle, one of my company’s top designations for an agent, I take my responsibilities of assisting clients very seriously. I have helped several clients over the years moving in and moving out with great success and have maintained a relationship with most of my clients over the years. When meeting clients for the first time that are looking to move, or make a change in their housing, many agents tend to tell prospective client what they want to hear to get the listing. I do not buy my listing, it serves no purpose and creates a poor basis between the agent and the client. When I do my presentation, I do my very best to present what I see as the highest value of the potential client’s home and be as accurate as possible. Now, I’m not perfect but I’m right more times than not. In the long run, many clients see the value in this and appreciate it. It’s not always about price, but about the relationship that creates a bond of trust between the agent and the client. Not to say I don’t always try to get the most for a client’s property but it services no purpose to secure a listing and then not be able to complete the task of selling it. When I take a listing I have a personal as well as financial commitment in the deal. I have a technical person that I use to place a client’s property on multiple platforms to market it. Approximately 97% of all searches for a home start online or on a mobile device. So having an online presence is very important and being able to reach the maximum number of buyers that are out there. I have a number of resources at my disposal which I use or consult with when it comes to putting your home on the market and selling it. Being a part of a national real estate company is also a huge asset when it comes to the marketing of your home. So in closing, as you can see, I take what I do very seriously and when I make a commitment to a client you get a 110% from me.
