Welcome to my Website
Thanks for your interest in me and Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, as I think the company and I make a great team. Perhaps you are on my website because you are considering purchasing or selling a home. This is, no doubt, one of the biggest and most important decisions you will ever make. I will work tirelessly for you as you search for the perfect home, or if you want to sell your current home. I will navigate you through the ins and outs of real estate transactions, making the work on your end minimal. You won't find a realtor more committed to customer service. To the table, I bring an unmatched sense of professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to go above and beyond to get the results you are looking for. All of this, along with a good sense of humor, will make even the most difficult transactions seem smooth. I've even been known to make house calls :) I look forward to working with you to get the job done!
I live in Delmar, NY with my husband of 19 years (Mark) and our 3 daughters (Catherine, Caroline and Elizabeth). For 3 years in a row, I will have a high schooler, a middle schooler and a child in Elementary School. It certainly keeps us hopping!
My daughter, Catherine, is a figure skater with the Albany Figure Skating Club. For several years I have served on the Board of Directors of the club, and was most recently elected President. I'll serve in this capacity for 2 years. The club has approximately 80 members. For more information about the Albany Figure Skating Club, our Basic Skills program, coaching, or ice shows, please don't hesistate to contact me.
I worked in higher education for 17 years before staying home full-time with my three daughters. I was an Assistant Director of Admissions at Wells College, an Admissions Counselor at Skidmore College, and later an Academic Advisor for Liberal Arts at Excelsior College. I loved my career at that time, but once our third daughter was born, it was time to stay home and focus solely on my family, a decision I'll never regret.
In recent years, I worked for the Bethlehem Central School District as a teacher's aide. I loved working in the classroom with children in their elementary years. During all of these years, I always had an interest in real estate, and thought maybe someday I'd pursue a career in it. I watched the market closely and got excited when friends and family bought homes. I even told a friend about a home I'd seen, and after looking at it twice, she purchased the home! At that point, I realized it was time for me to get down to business! This was absolutely meant to be, because I LOVE MY JOB!
I'm a MAD DOGG certified spin instructor who loves to climb hills while listening to the best of the 80's!! When I'm not helping buyers or sellers, I can be found at the Bethlehem YMCA or the Albany JCC teaching spin classes. This and spending time with my family are the things I enjoy most in this world.
I watch very little TV, but my daughters and I love to watch House Hunters, Love It Or List It, and several shows on the Food Network.
