Q.) How much is my home worth?
A.) As your realtor I will provide a Current Market Analysis (CMA)
This is a report of the current market activity. I research the most recent and comparable listings and sales within your location. This analysis compiles 4 very important categories to help define a most likely sales price. The purpose is to provide you knowledge, information and confidence to generate the best possible price.
Here's what we look at together:
1.) Active Listings *( homes currently listed for sale )
2.) Pending Sales *(homes that are under contract-not yet closed)
3.) Expired Listings *( homes that have failed to sell for various reasons )
4.) SOLD Listings *(closed transactions)'The actual price the buyer is willing to pay'
