Capital Region of New York...a great place to live!!
Albany and its surrounding areas is a wonderful place to live. I am a lifelong native of Guilderland, I know the Capital Region and I love living here!
In my over a decade of selling real estate, I have taken the time to know all about my clients and their families. To me, I am not selling a house, I am selling a dream! The process of buying or selling a home can be overwhelming, if you have the right people working for you, it can be fun and very exciting. Whatever your desires are, selling or buying, your first home, moving up, downsizing, vacation home or looking to relocate in or out of the area...You need an agent that can help you to make those dreams come true. This is that single biggest investment, make sure you have an experienced and knowledgeable agent that is working for your best interest. I would be honored to be your Realtor that helps you make many happy memories in your new home.
At 6am in the morning, I cannot even begin to describe my feelings and thoughts about my agent, Regina Keenholts. Getting to know Regina over the past year was such a positive experience that I forgot I was selling and buying a house. In short, we love her. She was accommodating, understanding, listened and understood our wants and needs, and is now considered one of the family. We honestly, cannot thank her enough for her efforts. Dan U
Regina was a great asset to have throughout the entire selling process. I started with her because I had heard good things from other people in the area about her, and their recommendation turned out to right on the mark She helped me price the home correctly, she helped explain everything, and she made sure I felt comfortable with the entire process. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't have been more pleased. I would recommend Regina to anyone that is considering selling their home in the Albany Area. John C.
Handling our needs efficiently and the ease they made us feel when we had so many questions with buying our first home. We were very happy with our decision to have Coldwell Banker Prime Properties. Bill and Patty F.
This is the second time I had Regina Keenholts. as my realtor and would not go through the house buying or selling process without her. She always acted professionally and promptly returned phone calls when she was unavailable to respond at the time of my call. She also put me in touch with very qualified professionals for everything from my Lawyer Stephanie Henry, Home Inspectors, Mold contractors and even a Mortgage company (which I did not need after all) but it was good to know I did not have to search for my needs. She made the process much less stressful. Kurt K.
