Farmer's Market Grill Pizza
Buy pizza dough from your favorite store or make Bobby Flay's Grilled Flatbread Recipe. Place in large oiled bowl on the counter and cover while coming to room temperature.

Some ideas are:
Carmelized onions, mushrooms, blue cheese and fresh mozzerella
Eggplant, tomato, pepper, fresh basil and feta cheese
Brocoli, spinach, garlic, tomatoes and ricotta/mozzeralla cheese
Cooked chicken, smoked mozzerella, red onion and arugula
Divide the pizza dough into four small balls. Roll, pat and stretch the dough into circles or rectangles. Odd shapes are okay. Brush with oil. Cook on medium high grill just a few minutes each side. Add cooked toppings and cheese to the dough. Put is back on the grill until the cheese melts, about 3 minutes.
